Welcome to Mojo Media. By accessing or using our website at https://www.getmojo.media (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Mojo Media, LLC operates a marketplace connecting businesses with independent directors, producers, and creative professionals. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3. Client and Creator Relationships

Mojo Media is a platform. Contractual relationships formed between clients and creators are between those parties. Mojo Media is not a party to any project contract and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any work product.

4. Payments and Escrow

Payments made through the Service may be held in escrow and released in accordance with agreed milestones. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe). You authorize Mojo Media to charge applicable fees and release funds in accordance with these Terms and the project scope.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you upload. Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, final deliverables produced for a client transfer to the client upon full payment. You grant Mojo Media a limited license to host, display, and share your public-facing content as part of the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to (a) violate any laws, (b) misrepresent yourself, (c) circumvent the platform to avoid fees, (d) upload malware or harmful content, or (e) scrape or interfere with the Service.

7. Termination

Mojo Media may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mojo Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
